Residential Cleaning Services
Standard Maintenance Cleaning
- Kitchen: Clean the refrigerator front and sides (where accessible), stove, oven, counter tops, sinks, small appliances, microwave (inside and outside)
- Clean all mirrors and entry door windows (inside and outside)
- Collect and empty all trash containers
- Clean bathroom (s) tub, shower, toilet, sink and counter top
- Vacuum all carpets, remove small area rugs and shake or vacuum, dust and wet mop all non-carpeted floors (Bona Cleaner used on wood/laminate floors at no extra charge if desired). This will include every living area in house, laundry room, closet floors and crafting rooms or home offices
- Dust and polish (if wanted) all cabinets, wood tables, flat surfaces, cabinets and furniture. Cleaners will remove picture frames, vases, etc. and clean them and the surface they were on, before putting them back in place. (Heavy items will be left in place and cleaned around)
- Vacuum main living area sofa and chairs and upholstered benches
- Dust fans up to 8 feet high as needed
- TV’s will be dusted around frame and in back if accessible. We do not clean TV screens or move TV’s at any time
- For employee safety, our cleaners are instructed not to move heavy chairs, sofas, tables, planters, etc., or to stand higher than 2 steps on a ladder to reach and clean any area. This would include windows, cabinets, hanging fans or lights
Deep Cleaning Service
All of the Standard Maintenance Cleaning services plus the following:
- Clean accessible baseboards, crown molding, all reachable ceiling fans and hanging light fixtures
- Clean electrical outlets
- Dust blinds, mini-blinds or shutters. (Our cleaners are instructed to dust them to the best of their ability. At times these items need to be cleaned by a specialty service)
- Clean stove exhaust fan hood (as accessible)
- Vacuum any furniture in downstairs areas or areas not cleaned in our Standard Maintenance Cleaning
- Clean accessible inside windows in all rooms (8-foot maxim). These windows must be easily accessible from the front (no moving furniture) and we do not remove window coverings of any kind in order to clean them.
- Sweep outside covered porches, covered patio areas and damp wipe furniture if requested on covered patio. (This service is not available on real windy or very cold days)
